How do I purchase an item?

How will my item be delivered to me?
Orders in Sri Lanka will be delivered via local courier; international orders can sent via courier or registered post.
How do I check the size of an item?
Dimensions are provided for each item, but please note that these are approximate as the pieces are irregular shapes. If you have specific questions/concerns, please email me at shayari.desilva@protonmail.com.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes!
How long do you take to ship items?
I aim to ship all orders withing 2 days, I’ll let you know if this is not possible for any reason.
How much does shipping cost?
Local deliveries within 3, 5 & 7 Colombo cost LKR 400, everywhere else on the island costs LKR 800. International deliveries cost a flat fee of USD 30 per item.
Where is your studio based?
Colombo, Sri Lanka.
What forms of payment do you accept?
While I’m in the process of configuring my webshop, payment can be made via Paypal, Venmo and Bank Transfer (in LKR or USD).

Are your items foodsafe and microwave/dishwasher friendly?
Almost all the glazes I use are foodsafe, but the irregular surfaces of my work means these items are not ideal for eating out of on a regular basis. Most glazes are microwave and dishwasher safe, but if your product has a textured glaze or gold/silver leaf it should only be cleaned with a damp cloth. Care and use tips for each item are included with your purchase.
What is your return & exchange policy?
I’m happy to accept returns at any point if you change your mind; you can exchange your item or get a full refund if you can send me the the item back in the condition you got it!
